You get the tulle in Hancock or Joann fabrics.
JoAnn rule 2yds Sale / $ 1, with a sale this Friday. Check them out. You can probably get to the tape. But I want to Hobby Lobby Michael ribbons and flowers address.
Another place would be to Garden Ridge. He moved to Tri-County Golf & Galaxy by Dave & Busters, behind the target.
Garden Ridge has a lot. (Flowers GOT marriage of my son there)
They have not here a while ago, but you can help certain things like plates and tablecloths
