Reciprocity: A State honors permission from the State B and State B Approval of honors from State A. They may be granted in the two States with the approval of an implement.
Recognition of a state means that you have a license from State B, State B to bear, but not in honor of the state license, this is usually more stringent standards in State A
Recognize the states allow licenses from other states.
